sujathakkannan oh. tea is good for head ache? i really dono this. as many others advised i thought to practise drinking tea for weight losing purpose. i hv migrane head ache. i want to see if tea would help me in this concern. thanks for suggesstion.

sujathakkannan hi, you know i m a human camel. i drink not glasses but jug full of water atleast 2 times. as i said already my body wants it atleast twice in a day. no issuue if it harms my body. i feel good i m not addicted to brownsugar but only to coffee

sujathakkannan i hv sinus trouble so ice cream i would avoid, sweet i like halwa, gulab jamun, cashew nut cake that is it. but i would avoid these stuffs as i need to reduce my weight. so yearly 3 to 4 times i will eat these. otherwise normal food only.
