i want start a website it would be like a ptc and gpt kind of website i have the money i just dont know how to do it if anyone can help me understand what to do are there books that can help or a good company i can relay on to make the website for me?

Well, I would do some research on it.
But you can also do affiliate marketing, and thats where you basically get commission for selling other peoples stuff online.
