what are some marketing tools I may need? I want to exceed my expectations with this job. I want to learn so much from the Property Management/Real Estate industry. I really need ideas from all over so that I can diversify my approaches. Any help with this would be nice.

I'm not from that industry so I don't have intimate knowledge. However, like any other new job, it would be great if you would have some background knowledge. Why don't you start with knowing who the major players are and reading up on industry reports. I'm sure they're all over the stock market reports.
Even better, read up on your company's history so you understand the product line, the organization and current events.
