I have a large family so sometimes we seperate the days we celebrate. Like over the weekend on saturday I went to my fiances grandmothers home to celebrate early. We ate and then did presents. Well thursday on christmas eve im going to my dads home to celebrate early. On christmas morning I will celebrate with my parents then go to my fiances parents home and celebrate again. So as you can see it can get a little busy this time of the year for me. But dividing it up helps me stay sane and fit it all in.
So I was wondering does anyone else have some similar traditions like this. Maybe you do a tradition of opening one present early on christmas eve. I thought sharing a little about the ways we celebrate our holiday would be a great treat. Merry christmas to all my mylotter friends.

Oh the days of being single or without kids.
This year, my uncle is coming to visit us (the first time in 20 years we have been together.)
My brother and his family live out of state so we are still trying to figure out what day we are getting together.
In my younger years and a previous marriage, Christmas was always a busy time with visiting both parents on the same day.
Once you have kids it does get a little more stressful because they want to stay home with their gifts.
Merry Christmas
