Greetings to all. Well, we're not rich and we want to save money, so during daylight hours our thermostat is set at 68 F. In the evening it goes down to a cool crisp 62. We sleep under an electric blanket though.
So, what is it set at your house or apartment?

Our thermostat is a programmable one, so the temperature fluctuates throughout the day. Usually daytime is 70 and nighttime is 72-73. I do have a spouse who is diabetic and alot of times even the 73 is too cold.......however she says she cannot sleep without a floor fan blowing on her.....gee maybe that is why she is cold.

Do I dare admit it...59. I am sitting here barefoot and comfy. Ok...I am suffering from power surges. At least I am green and saving a little money

I leave my thermostat between 70 and 72 during the day depending on the temp outside. At night I bring it down to 68 degrees. I just cant' wait for the warm weather again.

I usually set my thermostat at about 75 during the winter. I set it a lot higher in the summer as I can add fans to help cool it off. I can't do the same in the winter to help warm it up and I am very cold natured!

We keep our house at about 62 year around. We only sleep under a sheet. Sometimes we use a blanket not electric. But most of the time the covers are on the floor by morning we both like it cool. We usually have a fan on us at night but the next few nights we won't have the fan on. It will only be about 10 degrees in the morning. It is supposed to be in the lower 20's all week.

Erm, well, keep in mind I do not control the thermostat and merely live under my parents' roof. We keep ours at 74 degrees daily.
