listen your gift that u receive is yours' did u see when that person left that bag behind?did u go to the persons' home and take the bag?did u hold up the person and take the money?if the money was not to be found by u u would not have found it,the money is yours' do not to give away your gift, the guardians know what is going to happen further down for u,u have no idea,so keep what u found, here is a short story that just recently happened to someone i know well just a few days a go,he was walking down a avenue and found a phone brand new,he decided to play good samaritan and waited for the person to call for the phone,so someone did around 30mins after, and the person got back the phone a few days after his phone that he had start giving him trouble, and now he as to be looking to buy another,do not to give away what u were given,u did not steal it

It's up to you if you'll keep it or return it... If you keep it, we don't have any right to judge you and your action.
It's easier to say things especially if we aren't in your situation.
I will respect your choice whatever it may be. =)

‘granted the money’ means what? If you have kept the money then I don’t support you…you should have taken the bag to the police station immediately without carrying it back home. You never know but you might get to some trouble later on. However, if granting the money means you’ve granted the money to some charity or organization, then ethically its OK but still you should have reported the bag to the police.

I would normally say turn the money in. But,with this world as it is. I know first hand I would keep it. How can you expect anyone to relocate that money. If you can't find a number to do this yourself. I would keep the gift as a blessing from god.

Hello, if i were you, i will send the bag back to the rail station office and explain to them. I suppose they would know how to handle like checking the close-circuit TV or Posting a lost.
I still insist that you should not take up other's property, if you wanna to be respected and don't want to be guiltied in your heart.

The police in your country may not be as honest as the police here. In England, the correct thing to do would be to report it to the police. If the money was unclaimed after (I believe) 3 months, then it would be yours.
Perhaps the best thing would be to put a notice or card at or near the rail station saying that some money had been found (don't describe the bag or put the amount) and put your phone number. If the person who had lost it calls you, you would ask them to describe the bag and say how much money was in it. That way you would know that it was the right person.

Hi friend,
I think you must need to complaint to police,so that they can take necessary steps. If you are not willing, then its up to you.
