as always i advise abs is made in the kitchen not in the gym, doing those abs workout, though it may help but only on the last phase, all of us have abs the only problem is they are covered with fats and water so you need to keep you fat percentage lower to 10% (formula to get your fat percentage for male: 1.)(bodyweight x 1.082)+ 94.42 2.) (waist line x 4.15) - result step 1= lean body weight 3.) (weight - lean body weight) x 100)/weight = total body fat percentage) when you reach the ideal percentage that's the only time you'll workout your abs to keep them firm, the best abs workout to hit your lower abs is knee raise or leg raise either on the bench, hanging bar or parallel bar, do more sets and with 25-50 reps or hit it until failure, abs muscles are are burning burger, inorder to get them burn do higher rep, 'til failure is ideal..

with regards to you diet, eat the three basic nutrients in SMALL PORTION with time spacing of 2 1/2 or 3 hours six times a day, 40% complex carbs (low glycemic indes 55% is ideal), 50% protein and 10% healthy fats (flaxseed oil, omega3 fish oil, extra virgin olive oil or canola oil) fat burning supplement also helps to facilitate burning those stuborn fats...do cardio for 20-30 mins...before hitting your abs workout...

Planks and cardio, Burn it off! Up downs and cardio. Cardio cardio cardio. Then go do some cardio. YOu might like an ab roller and then do some cardio. Do a cleanse, for your digestive system.

Try what I called a "Butterfly Crunch". Lay on your back like you would for a normal crunch, but instead of keeping your knees together, spread them like butterfly wings. This hits the lower abdominals. Also, try hanging knee raises. Hang from a bar and lift your knees to your chest. Combined with cardio exercise and proper diet, your last two abs should peek out. Look into high-intensity interval training for your cardio routine.
