Chirstmas with family or with lover?

It's Christmas time and I believe we want to celebrate it with our loved ones. There is no other feeling we will have when we remember the redeemer's day of birth with the one we love - family or lover.
Now, I would like to ask this, will you spend Christmas with your family or with someone you love most other than a relative?
It is just a simple yet it will help us weigh whom we prioritize at this time. If you have any idea or opinion please be free to post it. I just wanted to know your side.

Well, I will celebrate this with my family first. This is the time we are bonded, united and gathered. This is the time we cherish the whole year we went through and the feeling of joy and warmth is rewarding.
It is in our tradition that every christmas, we have reunions and many reasons for celebrations.
I guess if I have a lover, he would understand my views and be understanding with the situation.

I don't see why it couldn't be with both family and your boy / girl friend that way he/she has the chance to meet the family and get to know them and for them to get to know him/her so there won't be a whole lot of animosity come wedding day... or awkward social gatherings

I personally think it is nice to spend Christmas with family and unfortunately we sometimes don't really appreciate this until we have no family which in my situation...family is something that I think Christmas is special for
