What happened to Bux.gs?

I know bux.gs as one of the most stable PTC sites in the internet. It has the same stability as neobux I suppose. But 2 weeks ago, as I reached my minimum payout of $9, I was not paid until now. I don't know if i just have to keep on waiting or what. I trust the site but there's no way I could contact the admin. What am I supposed to do? Is bux.gs already a scam site? Please advise...

Hi reco,
I reached the $9 minimum pay amount sometime in October, and requested payout. This was supposed to be my first payout from bux.gs. I haven't received the money yet, and I've read from some discussions here at myLot that it has turned scam. I'm just very unlucky not to have reached payout earlier before it turned scam. I'm still hoping (against hope?) that I'll get paid, but I have already accepted the grim reality that I won't get my hard-earned money.
