do you like to eat fruits for health?

hiiiiii myloters, what you do for live healthy. do you like to eat fruits, juice etc. i am eat a apple early in the morning after that i am drink to glass of boil water daily. i like to eat natural fruits like banana, apple, mango, guava etc. i think everybody must eat fruits everyday.

i love fruits too, i eat them usually after my workout in the gym and evening before i go to bed together with my protein shake..i like apples, banana, grapes, strawberry, papaya and orange..

I drink fruit juices every morning at breakfast time , and also in the afternoons from time to time. Orange juice and apple juice are my favorites. I like the taste of those juices and I also very much like the health values. Once in a while, I eat fresh fruits too. Orange again is my favorite. I believe in the saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away".

i would also like to eat fruit,i usually eat fruit after a meal,so help digestion and nutrient absorptoin,i like to eat apples,pears,bananas,etc,fruit is rich in vitamins,can contribute to our health i think the fruit is very necessary.

I usually eating a fruit after lunch, that's an apple and orange. I think we must consume fruits regularly to improve our healthy. It's good for our health.

Hello to you too. Well I am very health conscious but I don't like eating vegetables. So what I do to in order for my body to compensate with the needed health requirements is to eat many fruits as possible. I love fruits because they are delicious and very nutritious. I like ripe mango very much because it is rich in vitamin C which can help boost my immune system and it fights against diseases too. Aside from mango, I also like to eat banana very often since it's also a good source of nutrients and some electrolytes especially potassium which is responsible for the contraction of our heart muscles. I still have a lot of favorite fruits to mention but to summarize it all, I love almost all kinds of fruits because they are healthy and fruits can make our skin beautiful too.
