I think it's healthy to drink natural fruit juices because it has so many benefits for our bodies :) most fruits can increase our immune system and getting rid of free radicals :) thus it help prevent even the deadliest diseases. i think there's nothing more important that a healthy lifestyle (although i'm still struggling to live a healthy lifestyle,lol) I drink pure calamansi juice whenever i have a cold and it does help to make me feel better. Cranberry juice is also good for urinary tract problems :) indeed, fruit juices does have its benefits! ^_^

I drink orange juice with Vitamin D added. I drink that every morning at breakfast time, and also in the afternoons from time to time. I like the taste of orange juice, and the medicinal value. With Vitamin D added, that enhances the health value more. From time to time, I also like eating fruits, fresh oranges and apples.

Hello calebmw me some times have some juices of fruits and vegetables, they both are good for our health.Normally have some carrot juice, mostly, but even have some bit root, tomato juice along with it.And in fruits like to have some oranges, pineapple, apple, chickoo, grapes juices, and etc stuff.Well all the mentioned juices are good for our health, and me to have tried it in my troubled times and have been sucessful with it.
Would like to describe an situation, if having some pro due to excess drinking pro, you may go for oragne juice, or some carrot and spinach juice.It would benefit in your health conditions.
Anyways enjoy drinking the juices of nature, Happy mylotting.
