I just had a baby and I was wondering if anyone knows a good way to slim my thighs. I have lost most of my pregnancy weight but I have the saddlebags that just wont go away. I am a slim person and would love to look proportionate again.

working your legs requires a strong determination and discipline, i've been in a gym for almost a year now and i seen a lot of people with the same problem but they easily quit, there reason is they can't stand the aching quads during the 'DOMS'(delayed onset muscle soreness) period...ok here's my advise for you, first map up your diet, eat 6times SMALL MEAL a day with time spacing of 3hours, your per meal must consist of 50% complex carbs./fibrous carbs (low glycemic index 55%), 40% protein and 10% healthy fat (extra virgin olive oil, fish oil omega 3, canola oil), take 20-30 mins. cardio (jog, aerobics, swimming, bike) and do DB or BB Squat, lunges, leg curl, leg extension...do 4 sets and higher rep (12-16) use a weigth that you can finish the reps..

If you can get yourself treadmill, it would be great since you can exercise while tending to your baby. If you dont have one, just make it a habit to walk around the house or up and down the stairs, or walk around the town with your baby. I love walking a lot and I have really healthy thighs. Walking is not just good for your thighs but it will help you maintain your weight while being with your baby. :D
