money not necessarily can buy you happiness but it can certainly help in acquiring things that might increase your happiness.it can assure you all the basic need fulfillment so that you can enjoy the things necessary for self actualisation.

I think money can certainly make you happy to an extent but most people need more than that to be truly happy. It also depnds of course on how much money you have. Some people can be happy that they just have enough money in order to pay debts and bills. For some people money is something they need in order to buy nice things and be able to go places. You can of course be very wealthy but unhappy and vive versa.

Honestly, I have lived in poverty and know very well how difficult it is to make ends meet and in some cases to not be able to make ends meet. It is hard to need things and to live without them, especially if it is kids that are doing so. Then there is the social impact that those that don't have money suffers. It is not so easy to live without money. Does money really make you happy? Yes, it can and does at times. Just being able to pay a bill or to take your kids out for a special meal or something brings a lot of comfort and happiness.

I do not think that money can make you happy. It may temporarily ease some financial burdens, but that does not cause happiness. Happiness is found with the people we love, and they can not be bought; friends that are bought tend to quickly fade away. If you look at some of the richest people in the world, they have problems like everybody else.
