While marking best response...

I came across these things... I felt ashamed of starting discussions on sites which i too don't remember now... I saw discussions..which not a single mylot member replied..it made me think...was it so senseless ... I saw myself mentioning my referral links clearly in the discussions...and the discussions are still there...though i had warnings in responses..that your discussion will be deleted..it means mylot was very liberal earlier.. I saw discussions with so many responses which were good enough to mark BEST..i was ..... I remembered many of my missing friends..whom i don't see on mylot now.... I am very lazy in marking best responses..it was like journey of old days when i did that..what do u feel and realize ??? while doing the same...

Helo eshaan me too would keep mine discussions unresolved till atleasty an week or two before marking an best response for it.But if my discussion is not receiving any responses, really feel sad, and discouraged at mylot, but still hope to get some, atleast from my friends here at mylot. When am going through the discussion and its responses to select an best response it makes me laugh as most of the responses are funny for me, but some do have knowledge and quality in it, which i prefer to choose as best response to my discussions.Anyways its our own judgement to think about an thing, Happy mylotting.

It's been a while since I last visited this site... I usually don't mark best response to most of the responses I get because I would like to recognize and appreciate all of them. I am really appreciative of every single response I get that I feel like it would be unfair to mark one as the best among the rest, even if the other responses weren't that great or informative. Still. I have been a member of this site for a long time now but I am still not aware of many Mylot rules. I am not the kind of person who goes through every minute details when I feel like my life is not depending on it...heheh..Silly and lazy of me, I know. Well, it's good that that particular discussion of yours was not deleted. I think I have discussions here that have been deleted. I'm not sure. So, good luck to us and to our future posts. Happy New Year!

I am slow at marking off "Best Responses" because my health can interfere with MyLot activity. Then again, many of my discussions from the past had only two or three responses, some just one. How do you deal with those? * I do wish MyLot had a feature that allowed users to find those discussions with the most responses so handing out "Best Responses" was not so time consuming.

Have to admit, deciding the response to choose as best response in the discussions with the single responses are the easiest!

I sometimes felt that I should have waited a little longer when I found a better response from another mylotter for the discussion. I sometimes get confused who to give the best response when I found many responses good. But it does not make much difference though.

I’ve cut down on the number of discussions I start so that I can keep on top of unresolved topics. Lately I haven’t had time to start anything at all but that’s another story! I will get back into it after the school holidays which end here on the 1st February. In regards to Best Responses I have a routine and I don’t start a new discussion until I’ve resolved the previous one so I am not caught too far behind. On the other hand my email notifications are way behind and I don’t know if I will ever catch up!

The kids here have long summer holidays at the end of every school year plus two weeks off every term. My daughter has been off school since the 17th December and her first day back is February 1. Very long holidays indeed...

Hi there! You see the problem arose because you did not get time to mark your best responses in your posts. If you mark them timely, you will remember the posts and responses clearly. It is true that with the passage of time, some of the friends go into oblivion or become inactive and we just cannot do anything about it. Hope from now onwards you will mark the best response in your posts in time.

I don't always give best respones. I do have some discussions where I haven't given it yet, and it has been awhile. I probably will in time, but I get to doing other things, and just don't get it done. It isn't something that will hurt or help our earnings, as it is just an ego booster more than anything. It does make the person who gives it and the one who gets it feel happy though, that is about all. I have given best response, but I do wait a very long time before I do so, as mylot says we are to wait at least a week before we give them. Good luck to ou and happy mylotting.
