Looks like an angel... think again!

well yeah, first impressions are good and that's what most people rely on what others are...In the company I've worked in before,I've met one. she was such an angel but later the hellish part of her came out.sorry 'bout the word, hehe..the hardest thing is that when no one believes you.It was aggravating on my part that time then I came to realize,this isn't turning out right, so I just stopped and payed no heed about it, and just do what I've been payed to do..then finally I got free of stress..like whenever I see her,I pity her that someday, she's gonna pay for her bad deeds and the payback would be excruciating...hehe, happy day!

The old adage still applies, "Never judge a book by it's cover." As a young manager I was burned one time (and one time only). People have a natural tendency to prejudge people based on appearance. It's probably subconscious. It's definitely an easy mistake to make. It's not always the Brads and Angelinas out there either. Someone that takes care of them self, well groomed, pleasant...manipulative! They're always in your corner until one day they can reach out for a favor, a little preferential treatment. Hiding behind a smile. Perhaps they make you feel obliged to help them out. The ultimate slippery-slope. I've made it a point to 'quarantine' these opportunists over the years. As soon as I get them figured out I put them on 'skut work' until they request a transfer out of my store. I gladly sign off on their paperwork and send 'em down the road. Then I call the G.M. of the new restaurant and clue them in to the person's behavior. It sounds kind of jerky, but it is always justifiable.

Yeah it happens in all the work organisation. And these people are very capable of keeping a straight face after doing all these bad things. No one really believes even if we point out that they are doing these things. Its our part to keep all these things out of our way.

Hi dol! There may be some persons in a organization, who look very innocent and docile but they may be indulging in some mischievous tricks. You see if such people do so, they can get away with it once or twice and if they keep repeating the same, they will be caught and mouth publicity about their 'good' deeds will certainly be determinental to their reputation. I have no such people around in my 'group/wing', at present.

Watch out the people who look very innocent and behave as if they don't know to be mean. I have some experiences with those kind of people. Sometimes these people who look innocent will turn out to be the most cunning people in the world. They act upon situations. Most of this kind of people are nice till somebody hurt them. If somebody purposly hurt or take advantage of them, they will turn out to be the worst.

hi dolce, yes there are many people of this kind and in my opinion we should stay away from those who are very sweet as we can become a diabetic patient...he he he

Hehe, this is an interesting topic. I did have meet such kind of guys before. And once I knew that I was cheated, I would thick twice before I work with him/her again.

I actually know a couple of people like this, I do not work with them, they are just people I was once friends with and they do some pretty mean things to people and yet never get any fallout from it. And yes, it is really annoying!

haha...looks can really be deceiving! and yes, i agree that most of the times, those who have such an 'angelic' face are the one who is more dangerous! i just can't figure it out, why people judge according to looks alone...huh! i have known some people who are like this, having a nice appearance, an angelic looks but deep inside, an evil is hiding in them... and they are the people who have the capability of twisting stories and get people to favor them...using their 'innocent' looks!

Hi,i think a lot of my surrounding,and i find you are right.there are many people that have a good-look face,but a bad heart.they always cheat people. sometimes i do not care them anymore,but sometimes i can not stand anymore,then i will quarrel with them,but other people will think that,it is my false,and that i was wrong. So i think we had better get away from these people.

hi dolce, lolz..I know!!! I have met people like that but not in my office/work, there was this fella I met somewhere that's so good-looking but was so boastful and arrogant. It is sad because he seems to be nice and all but he treated others wrongfully as if he was superior from anybody else. The thing is, others think he is a nice person especially those who doesn't know him at all. "Looks can be deceiving", I'd rather be ugly and unattractive than to be beautiful but heartless.

yeah! there are some people who deceive you by their looks. i encounter alot of these people before and there are so irritating, it makes me so angry but oh! well i don't care for them. i just ignore them coz i know someday the karma will come there way. But in the contrary of those angelic face there were also people who have demonic face hahaha i mean those people who you thought you cannot get near them bcoz of their stern look but when you get to know that person you woudnt think they were that good and warmhearted
