batcountry72 Yeah. The gas gas released is actually ethylene. You can use a paper or plastic bag, and do not refrigerate. It will still take at least 24 hours though. Maybe more if they're really green. Good luck. You may want to consider running to the store to find some...

batcountry72 Soul Food! Meat & 3 (or meat & 2). Pick two proteins that will work for your crowd. It usually ends up being chicken & pork in your price range. You may be able to pull off beef if you know how to deal with lesser cuts. Then pick 2 or 3 good sides....
