A question about frequent yawning

I yawn. A lot. I've started to notice it more lately. I can get in at least 2 yawns a minute, I've timed it.
I'm doing it right now. It's more frequent right now than it was earlier today.
The sad thing about it is that I can never become a singer, it would be impossible to do so.
I swear, I yawn more than anyone else in the world.
The theory of yawning stemming from a lack of oxygen was dis-proven in 1987 when a study was done on people with high oxygen levels. They didn't yawn less than people with more carbon dioxide in their bodies. And I know that my oxygen levels have always been normal, so that's not the issue.
It's not that I'm tired, I've just seemingly always yawned alot, even with enough sleep.
Yes I know it's reflex to yawn just after someone else in the room has, but I'm alone right now, so that's not the reason why I'm yawning so much.
Do you think that yawning may be a bodily response to something that shouldn't be there and it's trying to remove? Or do you think that the theory of low oxygen should be re-examined for accuracy? My boss says it's lack of oxygen, she sees me yawning all the time while we're working.
It really makes me wonder about it.

I can't get more than 6 hours of sleep, my body is used to it. Only if I'm really exhausted could I get more than that.

I'm familiar with a theory that suggests yawning can actually be a response to stress (I don't believe it). If you're yawning a lot at work that may be it. It could be a neurological symptom of a more insidious problem. Of course, you are sitting around timing how often you yawn...you might just be BORED! Yawning at work would also probably explain the bored thing. Go take a walk or something. Walk down to the hospital and get an MRI to see if you have a brain tumor...I bet you'll stop yawning then:)Then again if the stress thing is true that may just exacerbate your symptom. Happy Mylotting.
P.S.
I'm really hoping you don't have a health problem or I'm going to feel like a real jerk.

I don't think it's boredom at work, because most of the time I'm driving when it's happening, and I really have no time to be bored, while paying attention to everything around me.
Doubt it's a health issue, it comes and goes, but one never knows.
I'll have to keep an eye on it to see how often this happens.
Thanks for your response.
