momathome Foster parents do have to go through all sorts of training, but when the kids come to your home they come with a handbook of rights, the kids have all the rights the foster parents have none, so there is no discipline not the proper discipline anyway.

I have such a hard time sleeping sometimes, and when i finally get to sleep it's late and when i wake up as soon as i stand up my head starts to pound. It feels like all the blood rushes to my feet and I get the worst headache....
