Richptc, has anyone been paid?

Hi friends! Has anyone heard of Richptc which pays $1 per click and $10 per signup and $1000 cashout. Sounded too nice for me but when I checked up with Ptc investigations I heard no one telling me a positive reply that they have been paid. Is there anyone who has been paid by richptc?

I can say yet whetherit is a scam or not. I registered in it because a friend suggested to me. He said he earned PHP46,000($1000, $1=46. something).
I did not believebut when he insisted that it is true, I realize why not try it? he said he got the cash and its working so why not?
