How long do you sleep?

sherwinm hi!! i sleep for about 8 hrs a day at night alone and not in the afternoon.. basically sleeping in the afternoon is not that good as far as i have heard. but if you are really tired cant help it sleeping in afternoon. right time to sleep would be night.

sherwinm hi friend!! you can change your settings in your profile to stop receiving mails like that. its very simple. click on preferences on top of your balance and click notifications and undo all the clicks you do not want and then you will stop getting mails.
