Paypal problem going to clear in India

Ya but i am not talking about personal payments. Just for service and exports paypal will clear the problem

yeah I also received the same message from Paypal but couldnot understand whats the personal payments and service and exports. If service and exports then whats our advantage, can we transfer the money in our bank.Till now the fact remains confusing to me.

Yes you have rightly pointed out...I too received the paypal email...As you stated some thing is still confusing...I think we are unable to understand what is the 'personal payment..' relates to. I doubt whether it is exactly money exchange between two individuals...just sending money as a relation or as a friend.. The earnings on account of some job done to the company ..I think..may not come under 'personal payment'..If that is somehow correct ..I think paypal may rename this payment by replacing the name as 'personal payment...'say as 'reward payment..' or 'service payment..'etc. This clarification has to be given by the concerned authority ...either by paypal or by Reserve Bank Authorities.. If that clarification is clear we can confidently understand whether our real problem would get solved or would remain unsolved.. We have to wait for sometime and see.. or our friends who are very clear about the problem may clarify in the interest of all of us. WITH BEST WISHES AND BEST OF LUCK.
