Lately, I have started having sudden headaches that don't go away even with normal dose of pain killers. For several months, I have been spending a lot of time staring at the computer screen. I begin to feel it has something to do with that. But, I am not sure. I do feel kind of strained after a few hours on the computer. Any safe way to work online? Anything quick, that I can try? Someone in similar situation? Please share.

There are a lot of reasons why we had that terrible headache like yours. My experience in facing the computer conclude that too much focus will result to eye strain. Why not allow only a few hours facing it in order to recover the pain you felt in your eyes. Even myself showed redness of too much exposure to the glare of the computer. What I did was controlling my time facing it. Also looking once in while may help.

I hope this will work. When you have a headache get a basin with hot-warm water and soak your feet, then just relax and let the water do the work. You can also close your eyes and dont think too much. Get well soon.
