change routine

i often change my routine after six weeks, from my favorite advance routine (10x10 & 5x5) i shift it to beginners or intermediate routine to break the plateaus, how about you, how often you change your routine? and what are your techniques to break plateaus besides changing your muscle group exercise and volume?

i dont change my routine if it is giving results. some times i have done some routine for 7 or 8 months and it gave me results from day one i only change weights and reps acording to my bodys feelings. i can improve my size and strength almost every time i train.
