my muscle friend is right, always check you sugar and consult your doctor before venturing to any weight loss progam, but for the exercise it self, my best advise is do sit up or crunch for your upper abs, seated on bench knee raise for your lower abs and side bends for your oblique, do this exercise 3 sets, 10-12 repetition or increase it every week, remember that our abs is covered with fats and water so we need to trim those fat by diet and exercise, it would be great if you look into your diet, your diet must consist of low glycemic index (55%) complex carbs, protein with less carbs and healthy fats (monosaturated, extra virgin olive oil, flax seed oil, fish oil/omega3)...have a nice day!

Exercise out doors as far as possible. There are two advantages of doing whatever you are doing out side. One advantage is that it gives your body a chance to get a lot of the much needed fresh air and sunshine. The second advantage is that the surroundings keep you perked up and it is a break form remaining cooped up all day lon

manumon please do this yank lady a favor and translate 170 cm
and 90 kg for me so I have a better idea of height and weight. I a m also a diabetic and rather sedentary. A retiree at 83, and I know that there are some fantastic exercises for people like us
on American DiabetesAssociation. com, so type that in and ask for exercises for sedentary diabetics. I can not walk much as I have a brace on one leg so am going to see what i can find on that same site to help me exercise and lose weight too. hope that site willhelp you. it has helped me a lot I know.

It all depends on what you're used to and what you're capable of. In order to get rid of fat you have to elevate your heart rate by doing intense cardio like jogging or biking or going up and down stairs. If you can't do something like that for 15 minutes or longer, then you have to start slow and work your way up to it. You don't want to kill yourself, but walking on a flat road for 5 minutes isn't really going to help you at all. The best way to burn fat is a mixture of weight training and cardio exercise, not just one or the other. Good luck to you.

Can you stand up every once in a while? That will help get blood back flowing through your body. Also, you can tighten your butt while sitting and hold it for a set amount of seconds. No one will even see you do this one! It works glutes and abs. You can also flex your ankles up and down. Walking on your breaks and at lunch is the best excercise. I had gestational Diabetes and kept away from insulin because I walked a lot. Take the stairs, park far away from your building.
I've set a goal to loose 25 lobs and I'm journaling about it in one of my discussions. If you can, find me and join me and let me know how YOU'RE doing! I'll keep encouraging you adn you can encourage me!
You can do it!
