Hi all. I have a dangerous problem in my life. That is I can't get up early in the morning. So I have to digest scolding that my parents give me. I have tried but it became impossible for me. One day I decided to get up early in the morning, so I went to bed very soon. But next morning when I got up I saw it was as late as other days. So, my dear friends will you please help me by telling the process how to get up early in the morning?

Hi there, same with you. I often wake up in the morning lately. Because of sleeping too late, if you want to wake up lately, just make something to be your liabilities .maybe an exercises, or studying. If you fell you have a responbility , you will wake up reflectly. I hope it helps. Have a nice day

You are absolutely correct. I didn't think about any of my liability so I don't feel to make it clear. That is why in spite of alarming I make stop it and continue sleeping.

did you try using alarm clock, i guess your body needs adjustment, maybe you used to wake up late so your body is used to it even you try to sleep early, ask for help from your parents or anyone in your family to wake you up at your given time..

Hiya skali, Try leaving the Curtain just a bit wide open or leave the Shutter a bit open and the early morning light should wake you up. Give yourself a motive to get up early before you go to sleep think about what you would most like to get done tomorrow and think about the hour you would have to get up to be able to get that done whatever it is of course. Think about this as you´re going to sleep but only for a while and then let the sleep take over. It worked for me but maybe not for everyone.

I used to get up early in the morning when I had a job. Now Itm getting rather late and I don't like it as I'm dizzy and my day is short. A consequence of my getting up late is that I go to bed late. I think the best way to come back to a normal personal clock is to go to bed earlier so that you can wake up earlier. I need around 8 hours of sleep to feel well next morning. A very good advice is to go to bed when you feel you need to, that is when you are sleepy. Researchers said that if you pass this time of the late evening (you don't go to bed when you feel like), getting asleep becomes more difficult.

I usually get up late but if the need is there i can wake up pretty early with the aid of an alarm clock. I guess its just a matter of getting used to. Try to set an alarm. Don't turn off the alarm and go back to sleep in the morning show some will power. Your body's internal clock is messed up and is used to the time that you get up currently that is why sleeping early isn't helping. The only way to tackle this is forcing yourself to wake up. You could probably enlist the help of a sibling or perhaps a friend to keep pestering you until you get out of bed.

So, are you going to be this way the rest of your life? Are you a child? Are you a handicapped person who is unable to be responsible? I don't think so. You need to grow up and assume the responsibility for getting up out of bed.

Hi skalijnp! Don't be so hard on yourself! When I was younger and had to get up for school or work I always had a hard time waking up! I did wake up before my alarm went off, but I always felt so sleepy! And as I became an adult and worked for years I still had a hard time getting to sleep and then getting up! Hopefully you will get into a usual pattern and you will start going to sleep and waking up more automatically! I now am once again all confused because I am not working right now! But, if I go back to work my body will re-adust and I will be able to get used to the schedule again!

If I have to get up early in the morning I set an alarm clock. I put the alarm clock on a dresser that is not close to the bed so I have to get up and shut it off. Even though if I had the alarm clock closer I would still get up if I have to be up early then I get up early. You just need to get up when the alarm clock goes off and stop just laying in bed really late.

i think that you should prepare a clock and let you get up when you hear it's sounds, maybe it is not useful for you.because i think that you can do if you would be willing to get up early.although the weather seems cold, but i still adhere to get up early everyday.because i dont have this habits to get up lately.i think that it is personal habit.if you can change this habit,i think that you can get up early.

It is hard to get out of sleeping patterns as the human body has a natural body clock to which it functions by. Some people like myself cannot sleep in at all. Even if I go to bed well after midnight I wake up with the first light in the morning, so I do not ever have to wake up using an alarm clock. When I wake, I am fully alert and ready to go for the day. Because of this, I have trouble staying up late at night. My wife is the opposite. She has trouble sleeping until late in the evening and then cannot wake early in the morning without help. She takes about an hour to start functioning properly upon waking too. (Which I find annoying when I need her to get moving...lol)

haha...if u forced urself to get up early for abt 21 days, then u'll get the habit to get up early. no need called by anyone else. in the past, when i was a child, because the school is far away from my home, so i always got up at 6am, then i have the habit to get up at that time without any calling or alarm. i myself is an alarm, everyday, when 6ap, i'll wake up naturally, but...now, i'm no longer a student, i get up much later, 7:30, haha...cause i read it's better to get up at 7:30 then at 6am. hope it's not an exercise.

I like to sleep late also. During the week I set the alarm so I'll get up and exercise. I know if I don't do it first off I won't do it. It doesn't matter what time I go to bed, I still just want to sleep and I take a nap during the day also. On the weekends I don't usually set the alarm, (no exercising) and I sleep late. I am a light sleeper and once the alarm goes off I usually can't go back to sleep. Try setting the alarm at another part of the room so you have to get up to shut it off. Once your up you might decide to stay up! Hope this helps, I don't know of anything else to try.

Ha, i'm just the person who get up late. Everyday, i get up together with my husband, but he always fast than me.I just wait and want to sleep a little more.So it usually takes 10-15 mins to get up,ps, it is winter here! But this morning,i spent 3-5 mins to get up! Things was like this, this morning, when we woke up, my husband turn on the mobile phone, 8.00A.M already! We have to arrived at work place at 8.30, so we quickly wear the cloth, got washed, than took the bread as breakfast, then leave home, the whole thing only took us 10-15 mins! So, if you tell yourself you will late, maybe you will get up early.

Go to bed early every night. It will take a few nights for your body to adjust. Your body clock only adjusts one hour a day. Set 2 or three alarms. Put them on the other side of the room, so that you have to get up. Have the first alarm a nice one, then the others obnoxious and loud. You will have to get up to turn them off. Whatever you do, don't lie down again.

Getting up early is a discipline. For me this is a natural part of my life because my entire family has this tradition. We are hard workers so it is advisable to start chores early to see results. I think I can help you by giving you the following suggestions. (1) Try to go to bed at a set time so that your body gets accustomed to that particular time.(2) Set goals to do when you awake; example are you going to do my lotting or are you going to read etc.(3) It would be good to get up and do some amount of excercise this will allow for some measure of being altertness and then you cool down to some prayer and put on paper the organisation of your day. Once this is done routinely you will enjoy the early rising.

According to chronobiological studies, some people actually do have a natural rhythm of sleeping late. It's pretty normal for people in their late teens and early adulthood to have a late circadian rhythm. Some researchers say that you need to get more sunshine if you want to readjust your body clock. The sunshine you get in a day sort of tells your body how much time it has been "awake" in a natural mechanism. If you're frequently under the sun you could tell your body that it's been working for a good while, and will let you sleep a bit earlier. But in any case, what I usually do to get my body clock fixed again is to wake up with an hour or two less time for sleep - and I set my phone with multiple alarm time just in case I actually do get back to sleep. I then sleep earlier at night, and wake up earlier in the morning.
