Do you eat while using the internet?

sometimes i do eat while using the internet but its not advisable. while eating small particles of food, get inside your keyboard which results in bacteria formation. this is not hygienic. also if you spill liquid by mistake then it can run down the circuits of your keyboard and ruin a series of keys.

its not only unhealthy to eat infront of a pc but also dangerous to your pc's keyboard, monitor and mouse eating infront of the pc increases bacterial growth. the little bits of food particles often goes down deep beneath the circuits and ruins the whole circuit of keyboards and mice. bacterial growth also occurs in the same way. i recommend taking breaks for having snacks/meals and not eating them infront of a pc

Hehe. Hi Java09. I was just crunching on a cookie and dusting away crumbs from my keyboard when I saw this discussion. Must have been a sign to respond, so here I am. I do eat. I try not to, but if it is like this, early morning and everybody is still asleep, and I am hungry, I can't help it. I should stop eating.

actually i am eating corn chips now, he he..some times i drink coffee or tea while working here in mylot., my son once spilled his milk on the keyboard, the keyboard doesn't function anymore..after replacing the keyboard, i am now very careful not to spill anything on it.happy mylotting.

No, not really but sometimes yes i do. I prefer to eat on table instead of on laptop ..lol. sometimes when there is some urgent work i am doing and in hurry of doing something or waiting for something urgent then i do so... but most of the time i try to avoid it. Many time i take coffee in evening while working on pc or laptop..

I cant say that I have NEVER eaten while using the internet because I don't really know for sure. I cant remember but I doubt it. I never eat at my computer for fear of spilling something on the keys or getting crumbs on the keys and ruining my keyboard. I dont want it all nasty and gummed up with food or anything else. Things are to expensive to buy to risk ruining anything unnecessarily. I try to take the best care of my possessions as I possibly can. I do know a lot of people drink coffee while on the internet and I wouldnt do that thats just to risky. It could get spilled so easily.

Yes.... i use internet 10 hrs daily continuously and eat some fast fast on computer table... it is natural habit... of mine .. i dont know about other people.. while i dont eat dinner at the computer table and also... breakfast...

I stay away from the computer if you want to eat or drink, fear of being sticky and type it so hard. Especially wet I was afraid my nephew often urinate on the keyboard. It's hard to add another in a rather push the button itself.

oh yes sometimes. hahaha! But as much as possible I don't want to do it all the time. Like you, I won't drink by it because I might spill a drink on my pc and it is really expensive to have it repaired.

Yeah, As far as I am concenred, I seldom eat or drink at my computer which I enjoy so much. I usually take good care of my own computer. But sometimes ,I will drink at my computer to enjoy a match or enjoy a very good movie. Most of my time I just use my computer to search the internet and skan some news.

I drink and eat at my Macbook Pro. It's an expensive laptop, but the funny thing is that the crumbs seem to be able to drop out by themselves when they fall into the holes of the keyboard. And then I found out that underneath the keyboard are lights. No wonder the crumbs do not kill my motherboard. But the keyboard still gets sticky from time to time.

I spend so much time at the computer that I do usually eat and drink in front of the computer which is pretty much a laptop with an external keyboard at my kitchen table. The kitchen used to be the only place we could eat so dinner commonly took place near the computer. I'm usually pretty good about avoiding spills but when the do occur I clean the up right away.

its nothing to eat while surfing internet so i am eating while .but not more involved in that.on my opinion it is not more bad just like iam eating buiskets while internet uses.while eating i just sit in front of my pc and finish my food and then only i touch my pc.

Yes I always do and crumbs seem to get everywhere but I try to be more careful now. I have a can of that stuff that blows air and dust it seems to work out well for getting in the spaces where the keys are on the keyboard. I try not to carry my drink here because the cats always try to get a drink from it and I don't wasnt it to spill over on the pc or the key board.L.O.L.

sometimes i do this silly thing my mom always says you finished your food within ten minutes so why you behave like this.its very bad habit god give us food and you insult their food.but now i never do this again.
