here is the way to install an additional monitor to your pc
1- buy a graphics card that supports a tv out, and either another dvi, vga and/or hdmi port
2- connect the graphics card to your pc
3-install the drivers
4- connect the monitor to the additional monitor port (use the bundled converter if necessary)
5-refresh your graphics driver
How to Connect a TV out cable to a TV and PC
1- Connect one end of the tv out cable to the graphics card
2-connect the other end to the tv
3-turn on the tv
connecting more than 1 additional monitors
for this you need to buy more than 1 graphics card. if your mobo supports SLI or Crossfire, then by two GPU's and set them in SLI/ Crossfire mode and after that you can connect upto 3 additional monitors and 2 tv's
hope this helps

There is software called twin station in which you can use one CPU for computers. You need two monitor, keyboards and mouse. But the main processing is done by one computer and that is something awesome. But yes you also need a hardware for that to use that facility.
