mj,
im from the Philippines too. I love the thick crust of Pizza Hut. But Yellow cab's New Yorks finest will be best if thin crust.
Sbarro's would be great too.
But regular pizzas of Greenwich is not that good. But now i think they already have the special pizza which tastes like Pizza Hut's.

Wow, you seem like a regular customer of those expensive pizza houses. LOL. =)
We had this Mozzarella Garlic from Greenwich, and it just tasted like garlic. LOL. I was up to choosing a new flavor but it turned out it wasn't the best-tasting pizza I had.
I've never really tasted Yellow Cab pizza because they're expensive, though they seem really delicious with the compliments I hear from people.

Hi, mycookie. At first, I only liked the thin crust. But when I found out that the thick crust takes good, I now liked this too. Just as long as the thick crust has cheese in it, I can eat it without it making my throat feel stuffed. I liked the both of them.

You mean the stuffed crust? Yeah, cheese makes the crust even more delicious, and make the people who used to just leave it eat it. I've always wondered why some people eat the whole slice except for the crust. I mean, for me it's the yummiest part, I just love the flakiness of it.

I prefer thin crust because I love the combination of the crunch the bread has and the flavors of the toppings. When it comes to toppings, the more meat it has, the more I love it. However, i have to eat my meat pizza moderately. we don't want to pack on the pounds. lol. Another topping I love is bell pepper which really goes well with thin crust pizzas because bell pepper have a certain crunch to it as well.

I'm not a pizza fan either but I make my own pizza from time to time. But lately I find difficulty looking for crust in the supermarket. I like to eat something in between, in beetween thin and thick pizza crust. Because sometimes when I eat pizza with thin crust, I feel unsatisfied. And when I'm eating thick crust, it feels like I'm eating more bread than the toppings LOL.

I love a good thick crusted pizza, the crust has to be soft though and then it makes the pizza much better.

Yeah, that's basically my reason why I prefer thick-crust ones. I love soft bread. I wish I could have a taste someday of deep-dish pizzas. They look very yummy and filling. And I think I could only have them in your country.
Thanks for the response.

hi mjcookie!
always preferred the thin-crust pizzas simply becasue i get a chance to better savor the toppings. thick-crust is ok especially if it is a chicago-style deep dish pizza. however, for new york style pizzas, i prefer the thin-crust ones.
simply delicious!!!
heaven on a thin crust!!!
cheers!!!

I've never seen deep-dish pizzas in person, much less tasted them, because I don't think we have it here in the Philippines, or if ever we do, it's rare. I've only seen them on TV, at Food Network, and they really look yummy! One slice looks like it could fill a person for the whole day. LOL.

i prefer both. some pizzas taste better with thick crusts as they need that extra support to make the ingredients taste good. some pizzas are better off with thin crusts. i usually like thin crusted pizzas, the taste is more enhanced that way, but once i tried a margherita on thin crust, and i just didnt feel like i had eaten anything... as normally, the taste or margherita is ecstatic for me...

I prefer thin crust pizza. I like it better when I can taste the toppings more than the bread. And thin crusts aren't that heavy to eat so you get to eat more. I only like thick crusts when it is stuffed crust.

I'd rather have the thick crust! With just a couple of slice, it will make me feel full...LOL...
Sometimes, thin crust pizza when not properly cooked (over cooked) will become hard and crispy.
