Do you read Nutitional Facts? Where? At the back label of every food products you buy. Are you concerned about this or just completely ignore it? Do you compare two same products with diffirent brand and nutritional facts? For me, I seldom read nutritional facts before buying food products. I compare prices and quality. And when I do read nutritional facts, I consider the calories and fat content since same products with different brand can also vary.

Nope, I do not read them. I eat whatever I want to without any concerns to what is in them. I would rather go through life not worrying about it. In fact, I make a practice to go out of my way to avoid reading the labels. Either I like the taste of something or I do not. I don't need a label telling me what I should do.

Labels are important too. What if you have food allergy and then you consumed the product without reading it? you'll surely end up in a hospital or worst have a fatal reaction.

Hi Maria, Yes, I do read the nutrition facts of food products I buy. I have a habit of comparing products using the nutrition facts as reference. I also use this information to compare the prices and quality of the product. This way, I know if I'm getting my money's worth.

Yes I read the nutritional facts but not on everything. It's interesting to see how healthy things are for you because some things that you would expect to have lots of vitamins and minerals might have virtually none at all.

No I dont read nutritional facts about products. I dont really bother about those kind of things. I have not had any problems with my weight or any other health isssues, so that certainly helps. Sometimes I do check how much fat and salt a particular food has, but I dont really compare two products.

I do read nutritional facts because I prefer food with more fiber. And I also compare prices because of my small budgets. I need to buy food that are good to health and worth in price. We really need to consider quality and quantity of products. To be aware of what we are eating. Because there some companies who ignore the importance of the welfare of the consumers, they tend to overlook it because they want to earn more profit.

No, i don't usually read them coz' i go and buy the same product that i have known all the time. I only do that when a new product gets out of the market, out of curiosity.

hello maria! sometimes i do try reading them and compare but, i feel like its not that useful to me since i don't understand much about it! huh! when buying an item like you i just usually compare based on price and sometimes i already have a brand of choice and products that i've been trusted & patronizing for a long time... good day!

I read it after I bought the product. I want food orducts with higher protein content than fat. Calories are good for us for it gives us energy.

Yes. At groceries were my kids picks-up stuffs they like and throws it in the basket. If I knew the stuff and already read the label, then I let it stay on the basket. But if its something new, I really check and read the label. If its not okay for me, then it will be back to where it came from.

NO, I don't! Only when I have to buy it for a friend or someone else I read it, because they want so, but I don't care about it!

Yes I read nutritional facts But sometimes I ignore it... It makes us aware of what contents of the foods we eat. It's good to read it, know the sodium, calorie, vitamins, etc...
