Hi there...
I am a tea drinker and a tea lover. I love any kind of tea but I prefer green tea over other kinds of tea.How bout you do you prefer black tea over green tea?... or green tea over black tea?
Even if both black and green tea came from the same plant and leaves, but the process of making them is entirely different and it has a lot of difference. It is said that green tea has a higher antioxidant than black tea for the reason that green tea DOES NOT undergone fermentation while black tea does, but due to its black color it is found out that it has an antioxidant for fighting any cardiovascular diseases.
Green Tea - higher antioxidant/ lower caffeine/ less stain for the teeth/
NOT fermented-withered and steamed only.
Black Tea - more tastier/ fermented-undergone crushing and fermenting/ has antioxidant for fighting cardiovascular diseases.

I'm like you I love all teas for the most part. I drink in the morning a cup of black tea. Then during the day I drink Sun Iced Green Tea all day that I make myself. Then a couple of hours before bed I will usually drink another cup of hot black tea, but only during the winter months. There really isn't any tea that I have had that I didn't like. The more antioxidants the better for you.

hi... I am also glad to know that you are a tea drinker like me. It is said that 3-4 cups of tea a day is very beneficial in our health. Both kind of tea has a lot of health benefits, but I always prefer green tea even though I like better the taste of black tea.

I much prefer black tea. When I got the chance to drink green tea, I don't like the taste. And black tea is more available in my area and more affordable. Thanks for sharing the advantage of drinking tea, now i know the benefits of both.

Yes, green tea is good. I think for me the rule of thumb is go with the green as much as possible. The black is more apt to have more caffiene than the green and I have heard that some black teas have more caffiene than coffee. Green tea has a weird flavor where the black doesn't but I still like the green more.

I like tea and, believe it or not I’ve never tried green tea! I’ve had green coffee and I don’t mind it but I prefer the ‘normal’ variety. I have been reluctant to try green tea because I enjoy my black tea so much, I don’t want to spoil my tea experience which is pretty silly I guess. I have heard about the health benefits of green tea and may just try it out although I doubt I’ll give up the black variety.

...hi.. I have tried different kinds of tea... black tea is the most tastier while green tea is the least with regards to taste, but green tea among the rest has more health benefits. I prefer green tea not just for its health benefits, but I like its refreshing taste.

Hi there... like what I have said... I am a tea drinker and lover... I drink tea 2-3 times a day. I drink both green and black tea but I always prefer green tea first. You are right to say that green tea has a lot of health benefits, but black tea is more effective in reducing cholesterol and preventing any cardiovascular diseases than green tea because of its antioxidant content that makes it color dark. Have a happy tea day.

Green tea is better than black tea it can make my bodies slim and used as a stimulant, diuretic (to promote the excretion of urine), astringent (to control bleeding and help heal wounds), and to improve heart health. Other traditional uses of green tea include treating flatulence (gas), regulating body temperature and blood sugar, promoting digestion, and improving mental processes.

I neither like black tea nor green tea but I like normal tea made out of tea decoction, milk and sugar. I tried green tea but I could not relish that taste. Black tea I use only when I have stomach pain. I add lemon juice to that and drink and the stomach pain will vanish withing no time.

I like them both. I like non-tea teas too, mint or other herbs.
Now, I normally like iced tea - but its been so blinking cold here lately that I've been drinking a lot of hot tea!
I don't even have any iced tea in the fridge now because the darn thing was freezing it SOLID!

the interesting thing is, there is this tea that they serve in a japanese restaurant i love which is green tea but looks brown!
I think it is called Honcha. It tastes great and is very helathy as well.
I suppose no one is better than the other objectively,. just depends on your tastebuds and what you prefer.
enjoy your tea session! i think drinking tea is an art, especially when there are those really lovely little clay pots to soak the tea in.
