Will exercise reduce mental stress??

I do a lot of exercise when I am mentally stressed.. I will feel a lot better mentally after doing these exercise... What do you think??

my stress and frustration in life always stripe off after my workout in the gym, i do love focusing on my workout and pumping iron/sweat...oooohh haaa!!

it is probably because when you exercise endorphins are released these are your natural painkillers which make you feel happy

Hi 1 sam218708 I think you can try some breathing exercises of yoga which i do it some times are helpful

yea exercising is a great way to get rid of stress. I think because you get so involved with exercising that it distracts you from stress and it goes away. Also gets your blood pumping and that probably relieves the body some more.

i think so whenever i feel stressed,i use it in the right way ..i used to exercise daily in evening because i got most of stress on college.if i mentally feel stress i can develop it into my physically .....
