The ways to release stress...

I'm also a person who has stress. I'd like to share you the ways I release my stress. I've usually felt fretful when I've done something that is not complete. For example, when I talk with somebody and I'm not sure if they get my meaning then I'll explain them to understand my point but there may be sometime that I couldn't, maybe, no time. Then I would be worry that they might get me wrong. They may felt offended. This may give me a little stress at first but more on anxiety which lead to more stress that I might not be able to sleep. So, by the exaple above, I will just let it go and I will not think about it. That's what I do recently and it helps me a lot. Once, I was worried so much about what I've done but when the next day come the outcome was not bad as I worried. Actually, it happened many time too but I didn't get what I am supposed to do at first. To think positive is really a help also we have to plan how to encounter which is coming. To relax your feeling by listen to soft music or letting things you worry inside go. Actually, they are really common but quite difficult to do it because the thought and feeling are not easy to put down. We know that our brain is faster than high speed internet connection that create many link and so real. However, my mostly act to deal with stress is taking a hot shower. It really freshes me and I really feel better after. How about you? Do you have any tips to deal with stress to share?

Hey, when I am stressed I will do some exercise and tighten my muscles because I think it is a better way to reduce stress. I got a punching bag in my home, so when I feel stressed, I will go on hitting the bag till I will sweat. This is a better way to relieve stress. Just try it

HI, you did the right thing, talk to someone or let it goes for a while. for me, I usually let it goes for a while and then think about some solution later, talk to someone I know or write in my diary. These will help me a lot .... you should try to think of something positive more than negative

Hi Hubfee, Yes, everyone has stress, and of course i can not be exceptional. When i am required to complete a difficult responsibility, interviewed for the good job i want or meet some important person, i may be stress naturely. When it comes, i will have a deep breath and relax meself, do some exercise and exhaust meself, even sometimes have some drinks. And then every thing will be ok. Additionally, i become less stressful and stressful, when i have a lot life experience. Have a good day.

Well sometimes i cry out alone to release my stress, i feel light . However i balance my stress..listening melodious musiq, practising my yoga, playing violen, yes infact i take chocolates it helps to make my mood refreshing..so i balance my stress most times though its unavoidable.

Hi Hubfee As human we have to face situations that make us sad or stressed, and each of us have ways to tackle, you are not an exception lol For me i keep quite,, no arugements, take out my car, drive to the hill top temple, meet mu guru, pray the deities till i feel relaxed.. Hello Hubfee me too often do feel some stress whenever have some extra work or some problem.But am knowing few ways of relieving from stress, mostly prefer to have an walk in nature, forget everything, refresh myself than relax a bit.Other than walk keeping myself clean, exercising, maintaining my body and health also relieves from stress.Even perform the meditation as well as some yoga mudras to get relief from both physical and mental stress.Its good to chant the god word it also soothes our stress.Anyways there are lot of ways its upto us that we choose and concentrate on it.Happy mylotting.

Hi Hubfee,I think most of the people now a days are prone to stress.And what is important is we will know how to handle it.For me, i will just see a comedy films for me to laugh,to forget for a while the things that made me stress.Laughing really relieves stress and it is also a good exercise for our heart.Have a nice day!

1. Talk to your loved ones. 2. Listening to music. 3. Do your favorite thing, (Hobby) 4. Go for long drive. 5. Meditation. 6. Exercises. 7. Sleep
