How long do u sleep each day?

Hello,my dear friends,here I want to ask a very simple question.How many hours do u sleep each day?I used to sleep 9-10 hours per day,but now I only sleep 8 hours.How about u,share with me.

hello,longsdogin.sleep is a part of a persons daily activity cycle. there are several different stages of sleep, and they too occur in cycles.if you are an averages sleeper,your sleep cycle is as follows. when you fist drift off into slumber,your eyes will roll about a bit,you temperture will drop slightly, your muscles will relax,and your breathing well slow and become quite regular.your brain waves slow down a bit too,with the alpha rhythm of rather fast waves i sleep. for the next half hour or so,as you relax more and more,you will drift down through stage 2 and stage 3 sleep the lower your stage of sleep,slower your brain waves will be.then about 40to 69 minutes after you lose consciousness you will reached the deepest sleep of all. your brain will show the large slow waves that are known as the delta rhythm this is stage 4 sleep. only to rise once again to the surface of near consciousness some 80 minutes later.

I find that the amount of sleep I get each night depends on the amount of stress I am dealing with in my life/work. I would guess that I get about 6 - 7 hrs of sleep each night which for me is no where near enough.

I ideally need 9 hours of sleep to feel fresh the next day but usually i end up with 5 hours of sleep on the weekdays.

8 hours. In fact, i want to sleep more, but i have to get up to work. You might say, you can sleep earlier, but...there are many things to do at night, watching movie, play piano, learn dancing....So usually i go to bed at 10 p.m, but fall asleep at 11 p.m.

Hi, longsdogin. I usually sleep 6-7 hours, but at weekend and holidays I sleep 8-9 hours.

i sleep 6-9 hours a day, and sometimes for just 3 hours when insomnia hits.

I usually sleep about 8 hours a day - when I get less than that, my body rebels and makes me feel sleepy the entire day

between 6-8 on average. although i have a tendency to stay in bd even when i am awake in the hopes of falling asleep again (never works :'()

The number of my sleeping hours depends each day. There are times, I can only sleep for very few hours and there are also times wherein it exceeds 8 hours. But usually, the range of my sleeping hours falls between 6-10 hours. 10 hours is the maximum and that happens when I go for a night out.

I am usually a late sleeper and I need to get up early in the morning. I sleep for about 5-6 hours a day, sometimes even less depending on how late I slept. Having 5 hours of sleep is normal for me.

I am sleeping daily for atleast for 9 hours or may be more ,i love to sleep ,but i am sleeping mostly in day times not in night times ,i am mostly studies or any work in only night time so that's why i am sleeping in day time, this my opinion about the sleeping.

Well I usually get about 7 hours, but truth be told, my perfect night of sleep is 9 hours and like fifteen minutes. I dont know why but when i get that much sleep life just seems better!

Hey,i am Affitina,a new friend,glad to know you.I'm a late sleeper,always sleep at 23:30,get up at 8;30?But it's more than 8 hours.As we knoe late sleep is bad for health, so everyone be sleep early and get up early.

Hi longsdogin,For me,i used to sleep 5-7 hours daily.Any way,if i have time at noon or after lunch i will take a rest for a while and sometimes sleep.Have a nice day!
