targetdg15 Generally i am not, but im trying so hard to be! I find that the sooner i get blood pumping, the better my day turns out. I dont mean wake up and start doing push-ups, but if i get outta bed and do some simple stretches (like i did in high school gym class)...

targetdg15 I say nursing home. Nowadays there are some incredibly nice ones that offer a lot of assistance yet independence. Not all of them are the smelly coffins or the living that you hear about in the news lol!

Hello,my dear friends,here I want to ask a very simple question.How many hours do u sleep each day?I used to sleep 9-10 hours per day,but now I only sleep 8 hours.How about u,share with me.

targetdg15 Well I usually get about 7 hours, but truth be told, my perfect night of sleep is 9 hours and like fifteen minutes. I dont know why but when i get that much sleep life just seems better!
