You have a headache? have to do a hot foot bath for 10 minutes, with a handful of salt.
Hurt your foot after a long standing day? with a cold compress on your head will help for your foot.
Does it hurt to sit back for too long on the computer? Compression with only cold water for 3 minutes back.Cold compress is placed over a blanket, and shall be held only 3 minutes, more may be sick.
You have problems with circulation? Meet water bowl. have to walk, tread water for 15 minutes.
Besides the water, drink, make us get rid of toxins, foreign used for various diseases helps us enormously. Just water, nothing more.
I know a doctor who know all this kind of treatment, very simple, not cost money, and can not hurt, but help us enormously.
These treatments are taken from a German monk who lived in the 18th century, and use water as medicine, successfully. In special to help poor people, but seems that in our days an help everybody.
I use this treatment for peripheral, and helped me really.
Also, not only in chronic deseases, but even in emergencies, like a headache or pain to the masses, or a burn. Water is the best.
Just a few rules, to have healthy heart, and never cold water to cold body, or warm water for warm body.

Hi tigeraunt, yes this is a very important rule; hot water if you have cold body, and cold water when you have fever, or have hot body because you are tired.
I use this for me and my family, but be careful, just few minutes, not more. And don t use to cold or to hot water if you have problems with heart.you can ask me, when you need, i have the book, and i can say to you.

Hi icesmile,
Yes, I use water to remedy certain illnesses. When my kids have fever I bathe them with warm water, and I let them drink plenty of water as advised by the pedia. I also wipe them with water with normal temperature to temper the rising fever. It has worked well always.

Over the Christmas season I had a really bad cold. This happened to coincide with a vacation that my husband and I had planned. The hotel where we were staying had a nice warm pool, and a hot tub. After spending a few hours in the pool and in the hot tub, I felt 100% better.

Hi, this is idea, that water is good internal and external too, you think on this? that a human body have 70%water, and earth have 70% water too. Water is a very cheap medicine, easy to use, and i try so many times to cure something with water, and all time work for me. Of course that a surgery is a surgery, but water can help for so many problems. Are doctors who say that the best sport for a human is to swimming. is something..right?and make a great soft skin, in time

Water as a medicine is a great discovery and makes complete sense because we are seventy to seventy five percent water. Also hot wraps can help to increase blood flow to areas and to help against pain. You don't really have to worry about adverse side effects when you are using water as a medication.
There are so many scientists though maybe they'll be able to find long term side effects from water. lol

water will never have side effects lol.
I know scientist always discover something bad in every good thing but water is something which can never be said as having some negative impact on someone's body. Of course fresh water helps and not bad contaminated water.

Yes water makes miracles happen !
According to the World Health Organization, an estimated 1.7 billion people still lack access to clean water amd 2.3 billion people suffer from water-borne diseases each year. While the demand for water is on the rise, the supply is shrinking. Water-intensive agriculture, population growth, industrial pollution, breakneck development and other ecological threats that are depleting freshwater supplies.
I believe that water is a essential resource to us, humans. And i don't believe that lack of water should depend on how wealthy is a country, or where is it located on Earth. We should be more careful with the way we use water.
So every time you will take a shower, or wash your teeth, oror wash something, think about all those that can't. Don't be so selfish.
Africa is one of the main countries, suffering from lack of water. How can we help them ?

You know say here something like that "before i help you, please help yourself, is the best solution"... i want to say that people must to learn to help each other, but we must to make a effort to help ourself first.
Water is so important, in everything, we are lucky because have this treasure, no restrictions; seems that in life simple things are the best, complicated solutions have complictated results. Simple solutions, have simple results.
