Do you go to sleep when you feel tired, or are you on a schedule?

I get up at 05.30 every morning, so you would think that I would plan accordingly. For my age group, the ideal time for me to head to bed would be between 8.00 and 9.00 at night. If I wake up at 05.30, that gives me around eight hours of sleep. Instead of taking advantage of this, I find that I tend to stay up until 11.00 at night or later because I am rarely tired until around that time. What about you? Do you go to sleep on a schedule, or do you simply crash when you are tired?

I go to sleep whenever I get tired and sleepy. I don't have a schedule. I don't force myself to sleep when I don't feel like dozing off. It's better to crash because I'm already tiresome than to force myself to sleep when my mind is still fully awake and animated.

HI! When I feel tired, but I mean really tired, that I can't even stay on my feet, I just go home, if i am not, eat something. It makes me feel more relaxed, I don't have to sleep. just eat something and sit down or lie down and listen to favorite music for an hour and then I am ready to work! I am like a machine- need a little recharge and then back to work

I go to sleep every time I feel tired because if I just go to bed in a high spirit most definitely I would just tossed from one position to another but never feel sleepy and it's more tiring than doing household chores. But usually after work at 5:00 pm I feel sleepy, so right after returning home I will have to change clothes then eat dinner and sleep after one hour.
I will need to sleep seven hours sleep or else I have a very bad mood the next day. My energy will easily sagged if I lacked sleep.

I don't have any timings for sleeping.Let it be day or night.I sleep when I want to.I watch movies till 4 am in the morning and go to sleep at that time .Everything is not planned in my life.Everyone gives me a caution about my sleep.They warn me that it would create some health problems.I should fix this issue as early as possible.I am trying to do it.

I go to sleep whenever I start feeling tired. Which usually doesn't happen until about 4:00 in the morning. But I can sleep for 3 hours a night and be completely fine the next day. I've been doing it since I was 14...

My husband and I are both unemployed (he's retired) so we just do what we want, when we want. If we want to go to sleep, we sleep when we are tired. We also wake up when we feel like waking up.

Before i have had a baby i usually go to bed at round the same time at night about 11 pm . However since i have a baby i don't go to bed on a schedule. When i feel tired i might fall asleep at 8 pm. Of course now i cann't sleep until 8 or 9 am in the morning because my baby is really an early bird who wakes up every morning at 6am . I have to cook for him and play with him .

As far as I am concerned,I usually sleep when the time I feel a little tired. I just have a rest as I like. I think we should treat ourselves as well as possible.But when I am on a shedule , I think I will just do some time my work If I can finish it quickly.

Hmmz..hi valenas..When i was in a job, i went to sleep as soon as i got sleepy coz the job really got me so exhausted being in the front of computer for more than 8 hours.Anyway wen i got home that time,i still watch tv. Now, my sleeping time is more late ..I sleep at about 11-12 pm.

i usually go to sleep when i am tired... but since my usual time to sleep is quite late, so i am always tired by the time i am in my bed.... i get up early in the morning.... but i try and take a nap after lunch... i find a nap in the afternoon far more refreshing than a 8 hr sleep at night....

I have an inner schedule also. I usually go to bed around 11:30 and wake up at 6:00 in the morning. If something wakes me up in the middle of the night, it throws everything off. For example I go to sleep at 11:30, am awakened at 3 am, go back to sleep, wake up at 5:30 and the day is ruined. The next day I go to bed around 9, wake up at 4:30.

I go to sleep every night at 11:00 bur normally in weekends I simply stay awake until I'm very tires.
Computers dont let you to sleep when you are having fun with them.
I use to stay awake until 5am every day in my vacations playing silly computer games. Don't do that, thats bad!
