I get up at 05.30 every morning, so you would think that I would plan accordingly. For my age group, the ideal time for me to head to bed would be between 8.00 and 9.00 at night. If I wake up at 05.30, that gives me around eight...

carvalhmar I go to sleep every night at 11:00 bur normally in weekends I simply stay awake until I'm very tires. Computers dont let you to sleep when you are having fun with them. I use to stay awake until 5am every day in my vacations playing silly computer games....
