Do you feel it's important to start your day with protein?

Gosh, I was just noticing how different today is from yesterday. Yesterday, I forgot to eat any protein at breakfast and spent the day exhausted, cranky, and eating everything I could lay my hands on. Today I had two eggs and some fruit and I feel so much better.
Have you noticed a difference in how your day goes if you fail to have protein at breakfast too?

that could be my problem at times. never really thought of that. i do take a vitamin most days but sometimes forget that and feel sluggish. of course my son says its my emphezema but i know it does help to get some vitamins for your body to work on.

I do notice a big difference if i don't start my day with a good breakfast, including protien! I think it is essential. I am like you if I don't get the protein early in the day I feel like I am lacking the rest of the day!

I know I have to have something with some kind of protin in at least every meal. Otherwise my body is crappy and I can barely fuction. Seeing as how breakfast is the most important meal of the day that's the place to start. Though I try to keep up the healthy eating during the day.
