I would suggest you consider putting in a lunch counter or coffee shop. Tea might go over better in terms of beverages, but you have office and hospital workers and others walking by who would be interested in buying lunch or a snack before going home. Fast but healthy food would probably go very well, too.

hi, we are thinking of a convenience store because day care centers are not yet that popular in the philippines.. hmm.. but do you think we can start with that?

This is about 15 x 16 foot in measurements and when you put the walls up it will be less. I think that in that amount of land you should grow a garden, maybe a food garden so that it will look good and produce good foods for people.That should be easier to start than building a building with all of the utilities that need to go into is such as electricity, gas, water and sewer etc.

i already has a building in it. and the rental is high for food, because it is already near the mc arthur. and with high traffic. we have talked to a convenience store already and later learned that it already has one near the vicinity, about to open in a month.. i am so disappointed.

I agree with Blummus. When my mom was at the hospital, here in Canada the hospital food is awful. I was so happy to find a small restaurant right across the street. Nothing fancy, just a counter for hamburgers, hotdogs, french fries, sandwiches, coffee, tea and soft drinks. It was heaven sent. Not only did the visitors go but they would also bring back food for the patient. Doctors, nurses, just about everybody working at the hospital would also go. You might not want to cook hamburgers and fries, but I think any type of food would be good. You might also want to deliver food to the government offices or the hospital. So the people wont have to go but could call for delivery. Hope this helps you and Good Luck!!
