Tofu Diet

The last post I had here in Lose Weight category was about no rice for dinner. Well it went pretty well at first but in the long run I can no longer fight the urge of eating rice. I started to eat rice again for dinner and started to gain weight, as in twice that I lose... Now that my weight is starting to alarm me again I decided to try another diet, by eating large amount of tofu in exchange of meat and rice to my diet.. So far I'm enjoying it and starting ot love it... I'm not sure if its bad for the health or something but I have to lose those extra flabs soon.. lols! By the way, aside from dieting I also do my sit-ups everymorning to lose weight FAST!!! Any suggestions of losing weight that you think that works for you??? Glad to hear those!!! Happy MyLotting!

their is also other way that you can enjoy rice while losing weight, try eating organic rice like red rice, purple/pink rice or black rice...they are low glycemic complex carbs...try also white or red kidney beans they are good source of carbs and protein in food

If you really want to eat something contain high calories, I advise you to eat them in the morning or lunch.

Good on you for doing sit ups, they are awesome! I really should get back into them as they are great for building up your core and making you strong! Yoga is great for weight loss too as well as regular walking. What worked for me was actually stopping eating grains such as bread, rice, pasta as well as meat and replacing those with more fruits and vegetables. My diet now consists mainly of fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds! I have more energy and am lighter too! I was never large to begin with, but I did start to put in some excess weight once I reached my early thirties. I am now back to how my body should be. I just need to work on building a little more muscle!
