well, gaining weight is easy than losing, but i wanna know your clear goal hear, you just want to just gain weigth or gain weight and muscle in the same time, neither of the two, i need you body weight, height and age so i can give you the exact amount of each nutrients you need to gain weight...one more thing, did you try eating more but still no gain? if this is the case your hardgainer person and you really need a special diet to gain weigth...

Eat bananas, Bananas are full of carbohydrate, any carbohydrate rich food will help you to gain weight. Fat rich food are also good to increase weight. Search internet lots of option are available

Oh, this is an easy answer....just eat mare calories than you need, and do less activity so the food becomes fat. Eat a big breakfast, with milk and jam. Eat a big lunch with lots of carbohydrates and finish with a sweet dessert. Eat chocolates and donuts in the afternoon, and have a late big dinner ( later than 7 o'clock) with lots of red meat and before you go to bed have a sweet milk chocolate drink with a pie, the go to bed early.....woww..this is life...! I envy you....

oh ,you have the opposite aim,I just want to lose weight. I am a fat man,maybe my advice will work. Recollect the way I got fat,the main method is eating more before sleeping and moving less.BUT actually speaking,I don't think that will be a healthy method.please rethink before you do.
