Well eating all the organic foods is probably the most important and easiest way to have good health. Exercising is a great way to get the body healthy. Your attitude also plays a key role in your health. Just by changing your attitude and being positive affects the way your body acts. I also think love is a healer. Love is one thing that everyone should have and being loved is the greatest feeling in the world.

Aswde from those thing you mention I make sure to take multivitamin and ferrous sulfate to make me think and be active on my mind emotionally and physically. in this way i would not feel easily tired or suffer from fatigue. My daily exercises consist of walking and flexing my arms every morning. I also do napping when i am not busy to recharge my body after a hard day work. Also one need to think positive and all things would go smoothly as usual.
