If you are looking to put on some weight go with bananas. They are good for you but for some reason will allow you to gain weight.

Yes, I do agree with you. Banana is a good options. Also I would like to add to gain weight and be healthy, you need to consume more calories every day from healthy foods and choose the right types of exercise. Whatever your reason for wanting to gain weight, you need to do so in a healthy manner. The foods you eat must supply you with much needed calories. Even though weight gain is your goal, you don't want to be gaining fat and eating junk. Get rid of the chips and candy. No more fast food, nothing fried. All the best.

Why would you want to gain weight? Its actually healthier to be slim as long as you aren't severally under weight. But, if you do really seriously want to bulk up, cut down on the exercises (don't cut it out completely) and consume more caleries. Try to build muscle, as that will put on more weight without making you look well, fat. Don't worry about time, it's a slow process and shouldn't be rushed.

You should try the famous breathing exercises as taught by Ramdeb Baba of india, it will set your weigt right, you will be neither overweight nor underweight..

Hi Bryan! Well i just want to share you this. This is me when i was only 10 years old. Accidentally my mom purchase lots of products for my sister's health. I thing you should take fatty food and you should admit to a multi gym to gain rapid weight for your body. You should do the exercise regularly as described by trainer of the gum school. I thing you trainer will give a chart for your food which you have to take daily.

Slim does not means your under weight. I think you must first consult your doctor if you are malnourish. Slim does not meat you are one. If in deed you are malnourish then ask the doctor what causing it.
But if your family is also slim then its means that your not malnourish your body structure is really slim.
