I'm sorry but I can't live on liquid foods. I like meat and potatoes, noodles and Pizza. I just lost over 3o pounds and I eat what I want but in moderation.

Everything that is too much is bad so it is wise to keep watch on what we eat. I have a petite body, no matter how many or how little I ate, I won't develop a big tummy since I have good metabolism but I do not take what I eat for granted. Though I am enjoying food, I still keep in mind my health since I don't want to end being diabetic.

Yes,of course it is.when I have a bad mood ,I will eat much things .but after a while, my abdomen is uncomfortable.and when I want sleeping is very difficult.
my advice is no matter how food delicilous or in what conditions,we should notice how much food we have already eat and stop.we should have a good body.

Eating too much is not a good one. It does lead into something which trouble our body. Also eating too much is a sin of gluttony as our bible says. I eat the right food in moderation with a lot of fruits and vegetable. I jog in the morning to keep me in good shape and in tip top condition. I did not go for liquid food which I know It is not so important in my diet.

yes sonalvs hi eating too much is indeed far from a good habit. as a diabetic and as an overweight diabetic I know that too, and I do try most of the time not to overeat.I think our bodies will tell us when we have had enough to satisfy our hunger, but we so often do not listen until sudden we feel very full and uncomfortable.its times like that that pack on our pounds.we need to seek a happy balance. for us diabetics balance is the name of the game. when our blood sugar level is right in the middle we feel great, but too low we feel awful, and too high we could go into a coma. happy medium. that is what we all should strive for. we can enjoy good food but in smaller portions. no more liquid food is just what most people do not need. those liquids usually contain too much sugar, too much fat, too much salt and too little fiber. what we need is low cal veggies and whole fruits for fiber and for vitamins and minerals our bodies need, not sweet liquids at all . but we must drink plenty of water every day and get some exercise too.

hi sonalvs!
yup! sure it is. As they say, too much of everything is bad. We just need to eat the right amount of food for us to be healthy and well-nourished. But with your views of consuming liquid food more, I think we should still take everything in moderation. Happy Lotting!
