Would like to tell you about Coconut water's benefits:

I saw a carton of coconut water in Holland and Barrett quite recently so decided to buy some. I took it home and was disappointed to find that a straw was not included considering on the front was the line "like sticking a straw into a coconut." I found the taste a little disappointing because I did not think it tasted like coconut at all. I thought it was just like sweet water. I am open to trying a different brand but do not think I will be going back to this one.

I have never heard of Coconut water. I am going to try and find some somewhere it really sounds like a good thing and all the healthy things as well. Thanks for the information!!

Wow !! These are quite a good number of benefits. So, this summer, I am going to increase my intake of coconut water this summer.

Yes coconut water is loaded with lots of health benefits but it should be consumed as soon as it is opened.Once exposed to air the liquid looses its nutritional charecteristics and starts to ferment.
Coconut water is a good digestive system cleaning agent that detoxify and increase the immune system.It is low in carbohydrates ,fat free and contains natural sugar.
One glass of coconut water contains more electrolytes than most sports drinks and more potassium content than a banana.
In most of the countries where medical saline is not available ,coconut water is also used as intravenous saline water for hydration.
