Are computer careers in demand and popular?

I am going into this field as well and would surely hope it is in high demand. I'd like to have a lot of options for jobs

for me i think the computer field is one hot jobs to get in this computer age since almost everything now runs on computers and almost everybody knows how to use computers.i think it would be great to be a computer expert at this point in time.having a good knowledge and expertise in computers puts you ahead of everybody and for sure you will make more money than those in the corporate world.

Yes! The computer industry is booming and computer jobs are in high demand. Im sure the recession made the demand a little bit less but probably not a whole lot less and Im sure it will go back to normal soon if it hasnt already. And I think the computer industry will always be growing and looking for people to work with computers, atleast for a while anyways.

choose computer field in the college.it has a great demand in future.In the last two years the recruting is too less but from this year the IT companies recruiting the freshers.
