I take supplements before when i was still studying. I am always stress from classes, exams and hospital duties. My immune system gets weak during those times so my body needs vitamins. i also take memory enhancers like memo plus. Now, i don't take those things anymore. I can already eat on time and without thinking that i might be late for school.

Yes i do take food supplements when i feels that i am not healthy and easy gets sick. Before i used to take daily, but since now i am doing fine, so i had lessen down my vitamins intake . I only take twice or thrice times in a week. I prefer to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables everyday, since natural products is healthier to consume than human made vitamin products. As for Vitamin C, i only consume it twice times in a week, since i consume enough of fruits everyday...Have a healthy day, my friend...

Hi atleya, No I do not take supplementary vitamin at all. I am comfortable as I am and only when the doctor prescribes a supplement along with some other tablets I take and that too when I am really unwell and visit a doctor.

I take a calcium syrup, viamin C and a multi vitamin every single day. I feel satisfied with these as I never know if what I eat contains all the nutrients that are required for my body.

Before, I always take my vitamins everyday. But, as I have observed, it gives me more appetite to eat and eat which makes me feel I'd become fat. That's why I take it every other day and at hours of sleep. Because it makes me feel dizzy when I take it in the morning. But to tell you the truth, it's very much effective to me. Now, I'm not sickly. I look healthier than before.

I also take Vitamin C. I buy the drops at the store that look like cough drops. You can get them sugar free too. One is worth 100% of the daily needed. I truly feel a difference. Since I've started taking them, I do feel like it is for the better.

Yeah, I take one everyday. It's just vitamin c and it is really helpful especially now that its cold. There's a downside though, the vitamin c makes my urine orange.

hello atleya! i am pregnant now that's why im taking multivitamins and iron supplements. but before i am taking vitamin C and Malunggay capsules. vitamin c is very good for our immune system thats why you take them regularly even if you feel better. this is water soluble so this will not overdose you and you will excrete through your urine. however, taking vitamin c with empty stomach may cause hyperacidity because vit c is acidic (ascorbic acid), so be cautious. but there are available vit c in the market now which are non acidic, you may try this as well, but i think this will be much expensive than the regular vit c.
