atleya I agree with @ravisivan... I think young girl like you will need around 8 hours to sleep, so you can study well. The needs of sleep will reduce while you become older. Best wishes,

I am worried sometimes since lightning has some sort of electricity too.. Can it destroy the computer when there is lightning and rain going on, even though the computer is not hit.. Does it affect the computer at all?
