Do you like eat snack during study or work?

Hi, do you have habit to eat snack during study or work. I always keep snacks in my drawer. Every time I wish, I will eat it. I heard that snack will make us fat, but fortunately, not with me. It does not reflect to my weight.

I also have a habit of munching snacks while studying and specially during exam times. I have different types of snacks in my room and in the kitchen also,so whenever I feel like I grab something and start eating it while going through my books. Yeah,snack does make one fat but it doesn't affect me too much.

It's fun to have snacks during study or work time. Having snack with this activities
I believe will enhance your knowledge and productivity. It will not make you fell hungry cause you keep on eating.
Some people don't want snack because they have some problem with their weight. Eating snacks all the time could trigger obesity among certain individuals.
Others like me has no problem in eating these snacks cause our body has fast metabolism.
That is, the body burns the calories faster and converts those into energy.
If somebody want to lose their weight and they also want snacks in their study and working time, they could used fruit snacks. These are in fact good for the health.

I also have stocks of junk food in my office drawer. It helps me fight away my sleepiness whenever it gets boring in the office. Right now there is a can of pringles, some boy bawangs, and tictacs.

Hello atleya.. same as you.. I also have the habit on having some snacks when I study.. because it can take away the sleepiness... ^^ yeah.. some say that snacks will really make you fat.. but I guess it won't be applied to everyone... cause it depends on the metabolism of our body.. in your case.. I guess you have a good metabolism.. your body can burn fats easily so I guess that's the reason why you are not getting fat eventhough you eat snacks.. :)

Hi atleya, my colleagues and I hoard some snacks in drawers, too. Sometimes when we feel hungry, the snacks help us to solve this problem. I also never need to worry about that snack could bring a lot of calories and fat to me. what really matters is that snack contains too many artificial additives which may cause cancer. So I choose to take more natural snacks such as fruit, nuts....
