Why is life so hard?

So why is life so hard? Why is everything so complicated for me? If it's not one thing it's always another. I can't pay for college tuition because I don't have a job. I can't get financial aid because I can't pay that. I can't find a real friend with the exception of one. I can't find a girl who I can actually talk to and get close to? Why is that so hard?

I don't know if you can get a government grant but I have applied for 3 different loans to pay off tuition and at the last minute my financial advisor says a different story that it cannot pay off the tuition I owed because it is kind of old.

I faced and am facing the problems which you say here now and that is all common in a man's life. Even I sometimes get frustrated and feel the same. But that is what life is actually all about and we need to adjust to it and we have no other go. In oorder to forget these miseries I am working hard so that the bad things can be put behind me and my sincere advise to you is the same. Face the life with full confidence irrespective of the pains and defeats and one day you will definitely reach great heights in life

I feel there are many in your situation as for I am also. Though life is what you make it also; don't get me wrong, every time I try to get one step ahead I get like 20 behind. All the struggles are for us to see how we can work with it and strengthen ourselves. I know that when we fill out the FASA here in the states, that money do not have to pay back. Look for scholarships or grants from your financial aid advisor/office in the school. Look online for some grants, scholarships that you can apply for. I wouldn't worry about a girlfriend, when you find that one you will know and you have other issues to deal with first. If you can finish school, I would concentrate on that and then get a job even starting with a part time would be beneficial. Don't rush into anything, take a step back and look for that next step that will help you find what your looking for. Good Luck to you and hope to hear how things worked out.

I agree with you on this point of view as to why life is so tough and complicated of so. Life is all about struggles and its different form which in turn are related wiith individual as how he sees and uses it in various conditions or circumstances. For a individual is to be tough in life as such that he should face all the hardships of life thinking is another aspect of human life as through this he makes life complicated or easy one.

If it was easy-it wouldn't be any fun. Me, I love the challenge that requires perserverance. How about getting a part time job then apply for college tuition assistance?
Real true friends are hard to find..I've only had one in my life so far-the only one that wasn't using me and really did care. And love...well, that takes time and the right person too. I'm still looking myself. I've found a lot of mr. wrongs. But that's helped to recognize Mr. right..if and when I find him.
Life sure isn't easy. I know how you feel, but if you give up then where will you be? Chin up, keep at that application process!

Hi anthony89.
This is what I often tell my hearers--look around you. Anything and everything useful, even if in the natural, has come about by some type of stress. And there are two possibilities why we might be having a very difficult time, the first always being sure:
1. God is shaping us and if we listen to Him we will be a better person.
2. God might be protecting us from something.
The first mentioned is sure. Before I committed to Christ I was under tremendous pressure, and, just to touch on one thing here, I could not get into any colleges. In my case it was my stinking grades. I surrendered my life to Christ January 25, 1970, making Jesus Christ King of my life, inviting Him to be inside of me to rule from within.
I still have troubles, but now He's on the inside of me to give me guidance and strength!
